Certainly I think, in these trying times, if you look at just the economy in general, the impact it’s having on ordinary hoosiers, anytime you’re looking at increasing household expenses while household revenue remains the same, you cant help but think that’s going to hurt the average family. Even if it’s 1500 dollars per household, if you look at what the alternatives are that the money could be spent on, that’s a new porch, housing upgrades, a down payment on a new car. If you look at the opportunity cost on raising energy, suddenly this becomes a much bigger issue.
