I am against ‘Cap and Trade’ because:

Every activity in our economy: transportation, manufacturing, service providing, heating and cooling homes, businesses, & schools is dependent on affordable, dependable energy. Much of the cost of every product and service is energy related. Increase the cost of energy and the cost of everything will be higher, disposable income will decrease, and the US standard of living will suffer. The US economy will be crushed…manufactured goods from China & India who will not hobble their economies with cap & trade will be cheap and the trade deficit will balloon.
