During August and September, thousands of Americans came together to support American jobs and affordable energy. These Energy Citizens joined together at rallies in twenty states to voice their concerns, and to urge the Senate not to pass climate change legislation that could kill jobs and drive up energy costs.
Energy Citizens rallies were held in Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
