Despite recognizing how important natural gas is to our state’s economy and future potential, Governor Shapiro decided to include an ADDITIONAL TAX on our local PA energy producers in his proposed budget.

If successful, this policy could have serious implications when it comes to energy affordability, accessibility, and jobs.  

The budget still needs to be passed by the General Assembly, which means we still have a chance to fight this bad proposal.
