With looming threats from hostile foreign adversaries including China and Russia, the United States must have strategic reserves to PROTECT its energy security and strengthen its national defense. 

In August, the Biden Administration reneged on its promise and CANCELED the purchase of 6 million barrels of oil for America’s strategic reserve. 

Now, the Administration is proposing a rule that would BAN ADDITIONAL PROJECTS in some critical areas of the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A). 

With our petroleum reserves already at historically low levels and geopolitical tensions soaring, now is NOT the time to erode these vital reserves even further.
